Karuna Reiki The word Karuna is derived from Sanskrit and it can be translated as "compassionate action". The Karuna Reiki method was developed by William Lee Rand. A Karuna Reiki session includes the laying on of hands on the body, as well as the Reiki practitioner intoning and chanting specific key sounds. The chanting strengthens and amplifies the energy providing a more powerful treatment.For thousands of years the healing power of singing, toning and chanting has been documented. Gaetano Vivo is a qualified Karuna Reiki Master and he learned the practice from William Rand directly. In addition Gaetano can initiate students in Karuna Reiki. |
